The Divorce Industry gets away with what they do because they are entirely unregulated and no one gives a crap what they do. You can complain all you want, document all you want, file grievanaces, write letters, blog, etc. but absolutely no one cares at all about the abusive business practices of the New York State Divorce Industry. It’s the perfect fraud because it’s backed by bulletproof laws that place every component of the system outside of normal laws and into murky self-regulation and it operates outside of the burdens of the US Constitution. It runs primarily on court ordered fees and court aided fees kept in motion by blindly elected judges who order insane fees for their insider friends while destroying chin nicer victims.

There is no authority with an iota of
concern about the corruption and civil rights abuses that are rife in NY Divorce. Except for whining on the Internet there is no meaningful action that can be taken to change this institutionalized fraud and abuse of civil rights. No one cares that an ordinary couple confused about confusing divorce laws can be bilked out of $50,000 in court ordered fees simply for trying to seek help in terrible situations. No one cares that parents who can’t pay to play and are stuck in contentious divorce will lose everything and their kids almost always simply because they couldn’t afford insider lawyers in collusive courts.

To NY Divorce the US Constitution never existed. This is simply not on the radar of ANY civil rights group in the nation so I expect nothing from the NYCLU until gay divorce begins.

Where r u Bringing your concerns to? The problem I found is that no one in state or federal government is concerned about the situation. So however valid your concerns may be no one influential is listening.
